You Own Your Health, It’s Not Owed To You
I’m fascinated by how people don’t realize the power that each one of them have to positively affect their own lives and others. You’re health care starts and ends with you. Health care is your responsibility. It’s not the government’s or anyone elses.
No one owes you your health. You own your health.
Jamie Oliver spoke at TED this year and delivered an outstanding presentation. We as Americans need to take control and educate ourselves about food and make changes to our diet. If you do, I guarantee you’ll improve your health, your life, and positively effect others around you.
As you watch Jamie Oliver present at Ted, I want you to keep in mind that you do not need government to improve the quality of your health and life.
