This is the 2nd part of my analysis on the State of the Union address.

Because of the steps we took, there are about two million Americans working right now who would otherwise be unemployed. Two hundred thousand work in construction and clean energy; 300,000 are teachers and other education workers.  Tens of thousands are cops, firefighters, correctional officers, first responders.  And we’re on track to add another one and a half million jobs to this total by the end of the year.

The plan that has made all of this possible, from the tax cuts to the jobs, is the Recovery Act. That’s right -– the Recovery Act, also known as the stimulus bill. Economists on the left and the right say this bill has helped save jobs and avert disaster.

So let’s take a look at how Obama calculates jobs saved directly from OMB Director Peter Orzag: “‘jobs created or retained’ are to be reported as hours worked and paid for with Recovery Act funds.”

What this means is even if someone worked at a company or organization before and will work the same place afterwards – that’s a stimulus job. Hmmm, if a job that was never there to be saved in the first place how was a job ever saved? So Obama’s “saved” 2 million jobs and he’s on track to save another 1.5 million jobs? How convenient. By redefining saved jobs, Obama has self fulfilled his own delusion of saving 3.5 million jobs. Notice he’s dropped the jobs created scheme.

Cato Policy Analyst Tad Dehaven: “Actually, the U.S. economy has lost 2.7 million jobs since the stimulus passed and 3.4 million total since Obama was elected. How he attributes any jobs gains to the stimulus is the fuzziest of fuzzy math.”

Obama tells us that the Recovery Act was the reason for his success. Well let’s take a look at that Recovery Act. To date, $265 billion has been spent and the breakdown is:

  • $100.6-billion (38%) has been injected into entitlement programs.
  • $92.8-billion (35%) for tax benefits. (Which are actually subsidized wealth redistribution programs).
  • $71.5-billion (27%) for contracts, grants and loans.

Hmm, don’t see any money spent on jobs saved or for that matter created. Oh wait, I forgot Obama’s definition: A job saved is a job that was never there to be saved in the first place.

So everybody agrees with you, Obama, that the Recovery Act was a success? You forgot about the 300+ economists who disagreed with you from the very beginning.

You forgot about your very own VP Biden saying: ”There’s going to be mistakes made. There are these scam artists out there sending people applications. There is all kinds of stuff that we know is going to go on, and we know some of this money is going to be wasted.

You forgot what FBI Director Mueller said: “even a small percentage of fraud would result in substantial, substantial taxpayer losses,”

What about that fraud Obama? Allen Chernoff from CNN points out - “The Recovery Accountability and Transparency Board (called the RAT Board within federal Government circles), in charge of Recovery Act oversight, counts 470 audits, 106 active investigations and 25 cases accepted for prosecutorial review, as of November 30, the latest available data. And government monitors say they’re only just beginning.”

Got that Prez? It’s just the beginning of successful fraud in your Recovery Act. Come to think of it Prez, I won’t take your word for it … ever.

That is why jobs must be our number-one focus in 2010, and that’s why I’m calling for a new jobs bill tonight.

Now, the true engine of job creation in this country will always be America’s businesses. But government can create the conditions necessary for businesses to expand and hire more workers.

So tonight, I’m proposing that we take $30 billion of the money Wall Street banks have repaid and use it to help community banks give small businesses the credit they need to stay afloat.  I’m also proposing a new small business tax credit

-– one that will go to over one million small businesses who hire new workers or raise wages. While we’re at it, let’s also eliminate all capital gains taxes on small business investment, and provide a tax incentive for all large businesses and all small businesses to invest in new plants and equipment.

I’ll repeat from SOTUS Part 1 – Didn’t you tell us “Now is the time to jumpstart job creation” back on February 24, 2009?

Well Prez, you are correct, “the true engine of job creation in this country will always be America’s businesses”. But then you demonstrate, once again, your ignorance. Government can NEVER create the conditions for job creation and expansion of business. First, the Constitution does not give you any enumerated powers to do so despite how pathetically you try to convince yourself and others of that.

Your missing what’s right in front of you. The Recovery Act has not created one single job. How can you create the conditions to create jobs. You can’t. You failed with the Recovery Act. Get it? Yet?

So you can blah, blah, blah all day long about the numerous new Big Government programs and subsidies you want to implement. Your “Jobs” Bill is just another Recovery Act designed to waste our taxpayer dollars. Don’t take my word for it though. Let’s hear from a member of your very own party Rep. Brad Sherman (D-CA) “We’re told not to call it another stimulus bill, calling it a jobs bill” Is that like “it depends on what the definition of “is” is” Mr. Prez?

You know what you can do for the economy, business, and jobs Mr. President that has IMMEDIATE results? Cut the corporate income tax rate down to 15% across the board. While your at it Prez institute a flat personal consumption tax across the board. Yes, bad news for you Prez. That means less Big Government programs, less Federal spending, and less control. But you do want to do what’s right for America don’t you?

From the day I took office, I’ve been told that addressing our larger challenges is too ambitious; such an effort would be too contentious.  I’ve been told that our political system is too gridlocked, and that we should just put things on hold for a while.

For those who make these claims, I have one simple question: How long should we wait?  How long should America put its future on hold?

No one has told you to put off anything or do nothing Prez. Why create a hypothetical situation? Wait! I got it! So you can “fundamentally transform America“. Well Prez, last time I checked, two days ago, 65% of Americans know you are going down the wrong path.

I have some questions Barry:

  • How long are you going to ignore We the People?
  • How long do we have to wait for you to destroy this great country of ours?
  • How long do we have to put up with a condescending, ignorant, inexperienced person like you?

I’m not going to go through the rest of your State of the Union Prez. You can thank me for not further revealing the depths of your idiocy and destruction. You can thank me for not revealing more of your deceptions, distractions, and distortions.

I encourage all Americans to read the full transcript of Barry’s SOTU right here.

When you do and upon looking at any of the Prez’ speeches and appearances and actions, ask yourself this question:

Do you see one or more of the following traits in Obama?

Glibness and Superficial Charm Manipulative and Conning
Grandiose Sense of Self Pathological Lying
Lack of Remorse, Shame or Guilt Shallow Emotions
Incapacity for Love Need for Stimulation
Callousness/Lack of Empathy Poor Behavioral Controls/Impulsive Nature
Believe one is all-powerful, all-knowing, entitled to every wish, no sense of personal boundaries, no concern for their impact on others. Early Behavior Problems/Juvenile Delinquency
Usually has a history of behavioral and academic difficulties, yet “gets by” by conning others. Irresponsibility/Unreliability
Not concerned about wrecking others’ lives and dreams. Lack of Realistic Life Plan/Parasitic Lifestyle
Tends to move around a lot or makes all encompassing promises for the future, poor work ethic but exploits others effectively. Criminal or Entrepreneurial Versatility
Changes their image as needed to avoid prosecution. Changes life story readily.

Hmmm what does this indicate? What I and many others knew all along. The person sitting in the White House this very moment is a sociopath.

So now you know what SOTUS stands for:

Barack Obama – Sociopath Of The United States
