U.S. Constitution: Article VI – Debts, Supremacy, Oaths; § 2 & 3
This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding.
The Senators and Representatives before mentioned, and the Members of the several State Legislatures, and all executive and judicial Officers, both of the United States and of the several States, shall be bound by Oath or Affirmation, to support this Constitution; but no religious Test shall ever be required as a Qualification to any Office or public Trust under the United States.
18 U.S.C § 2381
Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.
18 U.S.C 1918:
“Whoever violates the provisions of section 7311 of title 5 that an individual may not accept or hold a position in the Government of the United States or the government of the District of Columbia if he (1) advocates the overthrow of our constitutional form of government [and] shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year and a day or both.”
U.S. Constitution: Article II § 4
The President, Vice President and all civil officers of the United States, shall be removed from office on impeachment for, and conviction of, treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors.
On December 16th, 2009 President Barack Obama issued the following executive order:
By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, including section 1 of the International Organizations Immunities Act (22 U.S.C. 288), and in order to extend the appropriate privileges, exemptions, and immunities to the International Criminal Police Organization (INTERPOL), it is hereby ordered that Executive Order 12425 of June 16, 1983, as amended, is further amended by deleting from the first sentence the words “except those provided by Section 2(c), Section 3, Section 4, Section 5, and Section 6 of that Act” and the semicolon that immediately precedes them.
In other words, the President of the United States has given INTERPOL supremacy over the United States Constitution. He has placed international law above our Constitution. This a clear violation of POTUS’ Oath to the American people at the very least and a strong leaning towards Treason. You can read more detail here.
To paraphrase our great Declaration of Independence : The history of the current President of the United States is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute Tyranny over these States.
To prove this, let Facts be submitted to a candid world:

In closing: “In every stage of these Oppressions We have Petitioned for Redress in the most humble terms: Our repeated Petitions have been answered only by repeated injury. A Prince, whose character is thus marked by every act which may define a Tyrant, is unfit to be the ruler of a free people.”
This is gravely serious folks and I ask that you please get this out to as many people as you can. Tweet it, blog about it, comment on it, email it; Do whatever you can to get the word out. The existence of our sacred independence demands it.

OK, so Obama ammended an executive order from president Reagan that essentially recognized INTERPOL as an international organization under the International Organizations Immunities Act. Reagan's original executive order essentially made it so that property of INTERPOL in the US was not exempt from search and its archives were not inviolable, obama removed that, now persuant to the act in question they are exempt from search unless INTERPOL waives the exemption. Further Obama's modification of Reagan's executive order now exempts INTERPOL from customs duties or taxes incurred by reason of importation. DIABOLICAL! Oh wait it gets better! Section 3 restates that agents of Interpol or representatives of Interpol are exempt from customs duties so long as we're certain that the baggage in question did indeed come with the agent or representative! THE EVILNESS!!! Section 4 exempts interpol from property taxes in the US! HOW DARE HE!!! Section 5 agents or representatives of interpol and their families are afforded the same privileges upon entering the country as officers and employees of foreign governments and their families. And they are exempt from suit for actions taken in the course of their duties unless Interpol should waive that exemption for them. This exemption, it should be noted, does not extend to things they do in their own personal time here. PURE EVIL!!! Finally onto section 6 which says that, and I think this is the part that really makes flecky's point that Obama's just given Interpol supreme control over out constitution, The only people entitled to the benefits of this act are those who have been presented to the secretary of state as agents or representatives of interpol and been either accepted as such, or is being considered as someone who can prospectively be accepted as such, or is a member of the household or is a servant of someone who is accepted or has a prospect of being accepted after having been presented to the Secretary of State. Section 6 also says that if the Secretary of State decides that a currently accepted agent or representative of interpol becomes undesireable in our country, they can lose their protection under this act and be deported. It also says that no one receiving the privileges of the act is also afforded diplomatic privileges or immunities except those specifically set forth in the act.

You should probably understand what your talking about before posting.
First, I made no such claim that Obama just gave Interpol supreme control over our Constitution.
Second, instead of acting childish, throwing around “diabolical”, “evilness” etc., the fact remains that Article VI, Sections 2 & 3 was violated by our current President.
Instead of using worn out distraction Saul Alinsky distraction techniques, try reading and studying the Constitution.
Please, do try and keep up.

Article VI of the constitution has no sections, only clauses, and clause 2 and 3 say:
This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwith-standing.

Nothing about the december 16 executive order which is only ammendment of an executive order issued by Reagan, and which only removes the exceptions Reagan made for how the Internation Organizations Immunities Act applies to Interpol. Obviously nothing about the International Organizations Immunities Act, which is a sort of generic act intended to apply in total to any organization the president determines is an “International Organization” such as the World Health Organization, which I don't see anyone claiming has been given supremacy over the constitution. Obama removed some restrictions so that as I already explained, Interpol properties are now exempt from searches unless Interpol waives the exemption, and now their archives are inviolable, they are now also exempt from property taxes, customs duties, and taxes related to importation, and they have some privileges regarding entry into the country, which are also extended to family members. Reagan's exceptions also excepted them from the requirement that they be approved by the Secretary of State in order to qualify for the rest of the acts protections and restrictions, and it also excepted interpol agents from the ability to be deported if they became undesireable. Obama effectively he made the entire International Organizations Immunities Act apply to interpol and its agents and representatives. No idea how this even hints at a violation of the second and third clauses of Article VI of the constitution. Nothing about the act violates the constitution, and nothing about the executive orders do anything but designate interpol an international organization as the act applies to them.

You're correct, you have no idea of any thing as evidenced by your lack of critical thinking and the ability to comprehend issues in the context that they've been presented.

Supremacy and supreme control being different is completely irrelevant, in reality, and doesn't change the fact that the executive order neither gives Interpol supremacy nor supreme control over the constitution any more than recognizing the World Health Organization as an international organization under the International Organizations Immunities Act would give WHO supremacy over the US Constitution. I like how you focus on me misparaphrasing you in your response instead of on actually the main body of my response, specifically you know when I explained what the relevant law actually says and wondered at how you could interpret the law as in any way undermining the US constitutions supreme authority over our laws. It's supremely interesting to me that you don't address what the law says and explain how what the law says undermines the constitution.
So you're going to assert that I lack critical thinking because the International Organizations Immunities Act does not constitute in any way an example of either Reagan or Obama giving Interpol supremacy over the constitution in any possible way that that phrase could be interpreted.
I like, once again, the argumentum ad hominems when you can't support your position with facts, try to attack the intelligence of the person questioning them? i'm sure that's an effective tactic for you.
Also I'm actually not surprised to see that you lack intellectual honesty yourself. You IP banned me. Unfortunately for you IP bans are extremely easy to get around. New IP address, no ban.
So yes I am aware that supremacy does not necessarily translate to supreme control, though people who have supreme control over something can be described as having supremacy over it. On the other hand, I will say again, you focused on the least important part of my comment and completely ignored everything that demonstrated the error in your assertion. Basically you completely ignored my explanation of United States Code Title 22, chapter 7 subchapter XVIII. It's freely available on the internet. Anyone can look it up. Actually here's a link:
