Americans – You’re Just a Bunch of Circus Elephants

If you’ve been to a circus you’ve seen the elephant that has a metal collar with a chain around one of it’s legs. That chain is secured to the ground by a little wooden peg. You’ve always wondered, “How does that 10,000 pound elephant not just uproot that tiny wooden peg and take off?”

Since when the elephant was a baby, the trainers used the same collar, chain, and peg tactic. However, the young elephant knew instinctively that it had the natural right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness, so it would try repeatedly to break away from the terrible restraints imposed on it by others. Naturally, the young elephant tried to pull away and as it did so, the collar repeatedly bit into it’s ankle. Gradually, cuts began appearing on the elephant’s ankle; the sores deepened; with each tug from the elephant, the pain became worse and worse until it was unbearable. After awhile, the elephant stopped even trying and the “owners” then could do whatever they wanted to, whenever they wanted to.

Americans, you have become that circus elephant. You have given up your unalienable (natural) rights of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness to your “owners”, the Government.

What’s even more disheartening is that unlike the elephant, you have free will. You consciously chose to let this happen. Wait there’s more. You also consciously chose to let the Government do this to future generations not even born yet. You’re doing it this very moment, allowing your “owners” to add more chains, cutting into you deeper every time.

Let me show you some of the chains you consciously chose to have placed on you AND future generations from just this year alone:

TARP, ARRA, TALF, Omnibus Bill, Cap & Trade Bill, ObamaCare, Fannie & Freddie bailouts, to name just a few.

I think this illustrates most strongly just how much your “owners” don’t ever want to let you and future generations break free – Chains of My Owners

But don’t make the mistake of assuming the “poor me” victim mentality. You have free will. You chose to let this happen.

The question is “Americans, are you going to continue to consciously choose to be circus elephants or are you going to break free from the chains of your owners and take back the inalienable rights you freely gave away?”
