Liberty and Tyranny
Every so often a book comes out that is so well written it deserves a permanent place on EVERY single person’s reading list.
Mark Levin‘s “Liberty and Tyranny” is one of those books. Mr. Levin expertly explains the differences between conservatism and statism and then proceeds to illuminate the reader on how destructive statism is. Mr. Levin takes us through the Constitution, Federalism, the Free Market, the Welfare State, Enviro-Statism, Immigration, and Self Preservation and shows us how conservation trumps statism every single time.
He drives home the important distinction between how our great United States of America was founded upon conservatism and how proponents of statism have been trying to systematically dismantle this country and our Constitution.
Mr. Levin captures the essence of our inalienable rights of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness in Liberty and Tyranny. He culminates his work with the most coherent and sound principles designed to return America back to it’s foundation – The Conservative Manifesto.
Here is Mark Levin’s “The Conservative Manifesto” in it’s entirety. You can also find it published here.
